Lizzie is a recruiter and career strategist who began her career in administrative roles across political, consulting, and philanthropic organizations. In 2018, she transitioned into recruiting to help candidates navigate the hiring process with the insight she once needed herself.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder (Go Buffs!) and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
